Directors Statement
Johannes Hugo Stoll, born in 1986, is a young German artist, whose work is based between conceptual and media arts, consisting any kind of material or media. While studying time based media arts such as performance art and sculpture, his videos, objects and installations refer to artistic processes of creating, reflecting and leaving artifacts to the world. These works seem to be inward-looking or self-referring, questioning the relationship between the theme they have within and the possibility to change, deform and modify. His works has been shown in different countries and museums, institutions, galleries and non-artistic platforms
